I think this is the flag because the key is you can come whenever you want and the blue and green is for the grass and the sky because the grass is for the lots of fields. And the blue is for all the skies in New Zealand.
What a clever and inviting design. I like the idea of keys to the doors of our country and the green and blue for our skies and green nature is very clever.
