This is what happened
The Nanny was actually Peaty he was disguised to get Cat kid and steal him to take him as his side kick. Peaty made Cat kid think that they were pretend bad guys but in real life they were doing evil things. At the Movie set Dog Man ruined the scenes in the movie which made the director gone bananas.
